As we offer such a wide range of services, it would be a pain to charge based on each individual activity or level of care. Instead, you will pay for the session length, with the activities within that session determined by you and your dog's needs, training goals and preferences.
Scheduling is subject to change, for example:

​A session may be planned to consist mostly of obedience training, but because of the dog's upset stomach and inability to take treats, the plan shifts to some exploration games, bonding exercises and exposure therapy. **

A session plan might involve a long walk, but because of weather conditions the walk is cut short. Instead your dog might get to have a run on the dog treadmill, or we might head to Bunnings and work on leash manners in distracting environments.
**You will ALWAYS be notified if there is any cause for concern regarding your dog's health. Your trainer will be knowledgeable on canine first-aid and is always prepared to contact a vet if necessary.

How do I get started?
step by step
Step 1
It is recommended that you also fill out the behavioural assessment sheet, but it is not mandatory at this stage.

You can submit your forms directly through the pdfFiller site, or contact someone via email or facebook.
Step 2
Chat with a trainer to discuss your needs and organise a meet and greet. This will be done via your preferred contact method, whether that be a phone call, email, Facebook message, SMS or something else.
Step 3
Participate in your dog's behavioural assessment and discuss your needs in person at a meet and greet. We will then go over some personalised activity and training plans so that you can provide feedback prior to your first session.
This assessment is free with the stipulation that you must also pay for a first session (eg, check-in, full day, etc). This is just so we can cover some costs if you decide not to go any further than the assessment stage. If you do decide to cancel after the assessment, you will still be offered a partial refund.
